Travis Malden staff help charity project

Published:  18 December, 2009

MALDON: Travis Perkins in Maldon donated materials to help a charity project by Moat housing association.

Moat staff from various departments carried out a bungalow makeover for a vulnerable supported housing resident whose home had fallen into disrepair due to neglect and personal issues.

The event was organised as part of Moat's commitment for staff to become more involved in Moat communities and to increase knowledge of all areas of the organisation. The three day project saw Moat staff cleaning, painting, laying flooring and overhauling the garden.
