iPhone app tracks corporate wear

Published:  20 May, 2010

COLESHILLl: Incorporatewear has launched its own iPhone app to allow wearers to track deliveries and view a wearer guide of its clothing. The company supplies corporate clothing to companies such as Jewson.

>Chris Wood, a director of Incorporatewear said: "The development of an app reinforces our belief that technology will be at the forefront of customer service in the corporate wear sector of the future.

"Of course, not everybody has an iPhone or even access at the moment, but we're looking three to five years ahead and are pioneering the use of mobile functionality in the market," he said.

Incorporatewear is implementing its iPhone app, which has been developed in conjunction with Ricemedia, in the knowledge that other operating platforms are available and that the future market-leader may be quite different.

"The iPhone currently offers a robust solution with a good interface and a strong following," Mr Wood said.
