Ridgeons Group signals growth ambition with marketing appointment

CAMBRIDGE: The Ridgeons Group has expanded its marketing team with the appointment of Joe Douglas, a highly experienced marketing professional with a background in developing and implementing a wide variety of marketing projects.

Mr Douglas brings with him 20 years of marketing experience, gained working with a variety of household brand names including RAC, Royal Mail and Npower. Working with Nick Sims, group commercial director for Ridgeons Group, Mr Douglas will be responsible for restructuring existing marketing activities and driving the Ridgeons Group forward to greater success in the region.

Mr Douglas joins Ridgeons from Trend Control Systems, where he was responsible for driving Trend’s entry into new and emerging energy markets, as well as managing external communication and PR campaigns to support energy services.
