Doors reopen at Malton ironmongery

Published:  08 February, 2011

NORTH YORKSHIRE: Wolseley-owned ironmongery centre in Malton reopened last week following a refit.

The six-week refurbishment at the outlet on Showfield Lane industrial estate will boost its services to joiners, carpenters and builders in the area.

Paul Smith, national ironmongery manager at Wolseley UK, said: "The Malton branch has undergone a complete facelift, with a brand new trade counter, shelving and racking; meaning that there are many more products on the shop floor.

"Our investment in the Malton Centre is a demonstration of our commitment to listening to our customers."
