PTS boss sells off shares

Published:  11 March, 2011

LONDON: Speculation was rife this afternoon as it emerged that PTS managing director Kelvin Stevens sold one-third of his shareholding last week.

The news comes on the back of reports that there has been a general sell-off of stocks in merchant companies vulnerable to downturn. PTS, part of the BSS Group, is now owned by Travis Perkins.

TP recently reported a rise in profits of 20%, which incorporated a rise by the BSS Group of 8%.
