Galliford Try wins five contracts worth £38m

UK: Galliford Try has five contract wins in the health and care sectors worth £38m.

It will carry out a £12.9m development of a 54 bed care home in Surrey for RMH Group.

Galliford will carry out the extension and alteration of an existing Grade II listed building, along with the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of new buildings. Completion is expected in July 2012.

Galliford is also preferred bidder on the £12.4m construction of Norwood Hall Joint Services Centre for the London Borough of Lambeth in partnership with Building Better Health. Site work starts in October 2011.

Galliford has also reached financial close on the £12.7m Warrington town centre health centre and Castlefields primary care resource centre and internal fit out of Orford Park primary care resource centre.
