Mulbury starts work on 92-home development

WARRINGTON: Affordable homes developer Mulbury has started work on a £9.5m housing scheme in Warrington.

Mulbury is working with Merseyside-based housing association Helena Partnerships to deliver 92 homes including two, three and four-bedroom homes and two-bed apartments in Thelwall Lane in the Latchford area of the town.

The homes are being built on behalf of Warrington Borough Council and is Helena Partnerships' first development outside the borough of St Helens.

Site work has begun with the first phase of building, numbering 40 homes, to be completed in November 2012.
