Regenda to invest £37m in new homes

MANCHESTER: Housing group Regenda today said it is to build 325 houses in the northwest over the next three years.

Developments have been confirmed for 265 properties across Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Fylde.

Work has already started on site at Atherton House in Earlestown, Newton-le-Willows, and Bourne Road, Thornton Cleveleys, and four more sites will be under way before the end of March. The sites of the remaining 60 properties will be confirmed in the near future.
