LONDON: Builders' merchant, Nicholls & Clarke will be open for collections 24- hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week, during the Olympic Games.
The N&C showroom, retail and trade counter based at Chadwell Heath, which is 20 minutes from the centre of London, will remain open for collections from Thursday 26 July until Sunday 12 August and again from Wednesday 29 August until Sunday 9 September.LONDON: Solar capacity installation is up fourfold as buyers rush to beat the cut in feed-in tariff. On 1 August, the feed-in tariff for solar power, paid to homeowners who install solar electric panels, was cut to 16p per kWh from 21p per kWh – a rate that was introduced in March this year after a protracted legal battle.
