Travis takes on new site in Handforth

MANCHESTER: Travis Perkins has taken a 500m2 unit at Stanley Green Business Park in Handforth, South Manchester.

The national merchant plans to will use the site as a trade counter and has acquired a 10-year lease.

Dean Richards, leasing surveyor at Orbit, which owns Stanley Green, said: "Location played a key factor in securing this letting as well as the abundance of other key operators in the vicinity."
