Jablite adds Teasdale to the Board

BELVEDERE: Jablite has appointed David Teasdale as sales and marketing director. This addition to the Board indicates a resolve to build on the successful growth that Jablite has achieved under the stewardship of Richard Lee, who was appointed managing director in August 2011.
“David joins Jablite at a time of optimistic determination for the company, we are seeing the positive results of our strategy of differentiation through innovation,” says Mr Lee. “Now it is time to take Jablite to the next level. I am sure that the new ideas and energy that David will bring to our leadership team will help us to achieve our ambitious growth targets and to realise our vision for Jablite.”
David Teasdale’s expertise in marketing, sales and operations offers Jablite a breadth and depth of experience across all parts of its business functions. Plus, a recently completed, MBA with Distinction from Nottingham University has left Mr Teasdale eager to take on the new challenge of working in a new industry sector. “Energy-efficiency and insulation are at the centre of the Government’s strategy to achieve economic growth. This is a time of great opportunity for Jablite; I am looking forward to working in the Jablite team to help the company realise its true potential.

In the 10 years before his MBA, Mr Teasdale worked for Hammond’s Furniture, which at its height had a turnover of £70m and was featured in the Sunday Times profit track top 100; he started out as head of marketing, moving onto head of field operations managing a large team of contractors. His final role was as consumer sales director managing a sales team of over 600.
