For the third consecutive year, NBG has awarded Ideal Bathrooms its Supplier of the Year award in the bathrooms, kitchens and tiles category.
The award was presented to Ideal Bathrooms’ managing director John Bagshaw during the NBG gala dinner at the Sheraton Hotel in Edinburgh by NBG’s Ian Thorpe.
This award recognises the supplier company deemed to have achieved the highest level of performance throughout the year in all aspects of customer service, not just sales.
“To have won this award once is an honour, but to have now won it three years running is an amazing achievement. Everyone in the Ideal Bathrooms team has made a substantial contribution towards ensuring our service has been exemplary at all points of customer contact,” says Mr Bagshaw. “We are extremely proud to have received this award as it is a testament to the emphasis we put on customer service, making it key to the whole of Ideal Bathrooms’ business ethic. The entire evening was very enjoyable; as well as receiving the award, it also gave us an excellent opportunity to meet and exchange views on the industry with friends and colleagues.”
