Castel Froma, a specialist centre, who helps people disabled by neurological conditions live fuller lives, and Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a charity that helps children who have lost a parent serving in the British Armed Forces, have received cheques for £8,902, from Plumb and Parts Center.

The fund-raising day featured a golf tournament and a charity auction, run by England rugby stars James Haskell and Phil Greening.

“We’re delighted to be able to support two great charities, and help them carry on their incredible work,” said Sean Collins, national accounts director for Plumb and Parts Center, who organised the day.

“A big thank you to all the suppliers who supported us, and were so generous with their donations,” he added.
