To celebrate its 120th anniversary, specialist primer, paint and woodcare manufacturer Blackfriar has released its own commemorative ale, created by renowned British craft brewer Delavals of Northumberland.
Only 100 cases of Blackfriar Best Bitter have been created and the company is giving away a free case to any stockist spending £500 or more on the Blackfriar or Blackfriar professional range.*
Blackfriar Paints brand director Paul Waller said: “Not many brands reach their 120th anniversary, making it a significant birthday for Blackfriar. We wanted to do something special to celebrate with our customers, so we worked with Delavals to develop a craft beer that reflects the heritage of Blackfriar.”
