Stephen Rumsey joins SCA Timber Supply UK

SCA Timber Supply UK has appointed Stephen Rumsey as procurement manager for panel products.

Mr Rumsey joins SCA with 35 years experience within the timber industry. Formerly working for Metsä Wood UK where he held the position of panel products manager, Mr Rumsey has also gained experience at Saint-Gobain, FW Morgan, Arnold Laver and Montague L Meyer.

Mr Rumsey will be responsible for the sourcing, procurement and development of SCA’s panel products category.

John Griffiths, managing director of SCA Timber Supply UK, said: “We are delighted to welcome Stephen to our procurement team. His experience and extensive technical knowledge will further strengthen our procurement and supply chain function.”
