Covers Timber & Builders Merchants in Burgess Hill has moved to new and improved premises at Victoria Gardens based on the Victoria Industrial Estate.

To celebrate the move, customers and guests were welcomed by Covers’ staff and Burgess Hill’s Mayor, Anne Jones MBE, who officially opened the depot at a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Visitors to the depot’s launch day were treated to free bacon rolls, tape measures and The Sun newspaper. During the course of the week Covers also offered a selection of deals, discounts and offers on purchases in-store and the chance to win £400 worth of new tools.

Terry Lace, depot manager at Covers Burgess Hill, said: “We are delighted with our new depot and we would like to thank everybody who came to our launch event for all of their support. We are looking forward to continuing to serve our customers in Burgess Hill.”

Covers Burgess Hill is based at Unit 1 Clayton Manor, Victoria Gardens, Victoria Industrial Estate. The depot is open to trade and retail customers, from 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 12.00pm on Saturday.
