TenderSpace, the newly launched web-based suite of tools designed to help anyone involved in property or construction, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mike Jeffries to the role of non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
Mr Jeffries brings a wealth of experience from the property and construction sectors. He is a qualified architect and has in-depth knowledge of construction and support services. Mr Jeffries was previously chairman and CEO of WS Atkins, a planning, project management and consulting services company. He is a passionate advocate of the need for greater transparency in the industry.
Mr Jeffries said: ‘’I have been involved in the construction industry for my entire working career. It is an industry built on trust and relationships but in recent years there has been an increasing need for those involved in the industry to broaden their relationships in order to keep pace with change, much of which has been driven by technology. Any platform that potentially improves communication and transparency such as TenderSpace can only help businesses work better together.”
