LONGBRIDGE: EH Smith has opened a Porotherm Training Centre at its Birmingham depot.
The centre provides demonstrations and training on brick maker Wienerberger's Porotherm engineered clay block system.
Phil Noble, construction systems director, at Wienerberger said: "The Porotherm system is a technical solution which people need to see in order to understand how and why it offers such a great alternative, particularly in fast-track applications.
"We would like as many professionals as possible to get their hands on it and work with it because, once they have done so, we believe the advantages will speak for themselves," he said.
