UK: The latest Housebuilder Watch, published by Competitive Advantage, shows that developer optimism continues to improve with 26% expecting their starts to be higher in Q4 than Q3.
Forty-seven per cent of national developers said they will be opening new sites during Q4 of 2009.
Housebuilder optimism has also continued to rise, an upward trend which started in January this year.
