DONCASTER: Sentry Doors has been awarded the Product Manufacturer Award at the annual Chartered Institute of Building's Celebrating Construction in South Yorkshire Awards 2009.
DONCASTER: Sentry Doors has been awarded the Product Manufacturer Award at the annual Chartered Institute of Building's Celebrating Construction in South Yorkshire Awards 2009.
The company won the award for "its innovative range of timber doors, including its newly launched environmentally-friendly FSC Secured by Design doorsets" said the judges.
"Sentry Doors' award submission ticked all the boxes for the judges," said event organiser Nicky Senior.
"Its product development programme and commitment to design have seen the company become the UK's largest manufacturer of stile and rail timber doors in less than four years and it is great to see a company contributing so much to the local community."
The Secured by Design doorsets are the latest product to emerge from Sentry Doors' product development programme, which has benefited from £1m investment in people and plant over the last three years.
