Sydenhams have acquired Tipadel Limited builders’ merchants based in Frome, Somerset.
The acquisition brings the total of Sydenhams Builders Merchant branches up to 15, with 31 branches overall including timber centres, tool & plant hire centres, kitchen & bathroom showrooms, flooring and the timber engineering side of the business.
The single branch merchant, which includes ‘The Studio’ kitchen and bathroom showroom, will begin trading as Sydenhams from now on.

Customers will still see the same friendly faces, with Clive Whittaker and his team continuing to run the branch. Over the coming months, with our network of Sydenhams branches close by we will be able to offer customers a huge choice of products for both the trade and DIY market.”
