Pertonstore selects MAM Trader to support future growth plans

Published:  06 June, 2019

Pertonstore.com, a family-run specialist in ceiling and dry lining supplies, has selected MAM Trader to help meet the needs of its growing business.

The NMBS member favoured the ERP application for builders' merchants over other products for its user-friendly interface and scalability.

Anthony Wroe, Director of Pertonstore.com, said: "I have looked at many other software providers over the past two years and not one of them ticked all the boxes for what I required.

"However, in Trader I believe we have now found the best solution to fit our business."

Describing his existing system as "slow and outdated", Wroe noted that he desperately needed software that would fit seamlessly into his business, which supplies both trade and public.

He added: "Our company is fast growing, so we require an adaptable solution that will take over everyday tasks and help us to run and grow our business more efficiently," he continued.

"I can't fault the professionalism of all the people I have spoken to at MAM and look forward to growing our business over the long term with our new builders' merchant software provider.

"Having been through many demos and conversations with other solutions, up to now MAM have been a breeze to work with."

Ben Whitehouse, Senior Sales Manager at MAM Software, said: "We designed Trader to make day-to-day operations easier for builders' merchants such as Pertonstore. The feature-rich software has several innovative features to improve processes that can ultimately enhance efficiency, customer service and profitability.

"Our team of UK-based professionals are on hand to make sure every one of our customers gets the most out of their software. Whether they need help with implementation or technical advice, friendly staff are available to assist in whatever way they can."
