The role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with key customers including Local Authorities, Schools and Housing Developers etc within a defined territory.

The role will be project driven and you will be responsible for identifying projects and opportunities for business growth within the region.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Reaching the targets set for your area

· Servicing the needs of your existing customers

· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

· Developing sales strategies and setting objectives

· Compiling and analysing sales figures and trends

· Managing Major customer accounts

· Collecting customer feedback and market research

· Effective pipeline management and preparation of monthly 30,60,90 Forecasts

· Keeping up to date with products and competitors

The Individual

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with experience in a project led role, preferably within the playground, landscaping or similar industry.

You will need proven experience in developing relationships with Local Authorities and have previously worked in a field based position.

· Solution selling experience essential

· Financial Awareness

· Must have a flexible approach to working

· Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload

· Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and to meet deadlines

· Customer Care - Capable of delivering results and meeting customer expectations
