STOURBRIDGE/LONDON: Digby Trading is to sponsor and exhibit a city roof space garden at this year's Chelsea Flower Show on 25-29 May. The company will work with top garden designer, Geoffrey Whitten.

The West Midlands-based company specialises in supplying builders' merchants with natural stone hard landscaping products direct from the quarry.

Managing director Darren Digby said: "The main features of the garden are an area of natural polished flame sandstone, box-style seating, ornamental gravels with drifts of ground-cover planting, groups of planted pots and containers and beds featuring a selection of shrubs, roses, grasses and colorful annuals.

"As a company specialising in a range of natural stone for the garden, we feel that working with Geoff is a big opportunity and we relish the chance to be at Chelsea."

Digby Trading's approach means that a merchant can develop their own product range your own product range – "you tell us the type of stone, size, texture and colour you require and we source the material and deliver your 27-tonne load directly from the port of arrival to your depot," Mr Digby explained.

"We have many years of experience working with progressive builders' merchants – providing them with a total solution to the procurement of natural stone hard landscaping products."
