UK: Yale is offering its customers the chance to win a signed and framed England rugby shirt as part of a special St George’s Day promotion.
All builders’ merchants and independent retailers who place an order for £125 or more worth of Yale product between 1 and 30 April 2011 will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a framed England rugby shirt, signed by England rugby team manager and former captain Martin Johnson
The draw will take place on 3 May 2011 and the lucky winner will be presented with their signed and framed shirt ready for the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand in September and October later this year.
Commenting on the promotion, Nigel Fisher, commercial director for Yale Retail, said: “Following England’s first Six Nations title win in eight years and with the Rugby World Cup coming up soon, as well as St George’s Day in April, we though there was no better time to help our customers get in the patriotic spirit with a special promotion.”
Martin Johnson has enjoyed a glittering rugby career, winning 84 England caps and becoming the first England captain to lift the Webb Ellis Cup when England won the Rugby World Cup tournament in 2003.
