GERMANY: Hexstone, the name behind the six leading fastener and fixings experts in the UK, was officially launched at this year's Stuttgart Fastener Fair.
Hexstone, parent company of Owlett-Jaton, JCP Fixings, Galaxy Fasteners, Icon Fasteners, and Stainless Threaded Fasteners, will allow a mixture of industry specialists, which share the same values of quality and customer service, to come together to form a joint venture based on collective strength.
Keith Harrison, chief executive of Hexstone, explained: "Our customers will continue to receive the same service they are used to, while benefiting from the confidence of dealing with a powerful combined force - one of the top five buyers of fasteners in Europe.
"The official launch at Stuttgart has allowed us to showcase our complete offer to 6000 trade visitors and clarify what Hexstone is all about. The response we received was phenomenal, with hundreds of enquiries coming in over just a few days.
