MILTON KEYNES: Ideal Bathrooms' 30th Anniversary promotion is well under way and customers are capturing top prizes for their loyalty.

Danielle Lillis, the company's commercial director, said: "The promotion has really kicked in and the response has been tremendous.

"We have had a record number of sales for some products and retailers are really excited by the whole promotion. It is adding a touch of fun to our business.

"Our drivers are giving out the scratch cards when they make the deliveries and the redemption rate is 20%, so there have been lots of retailers winning prizes and everyone is making sure they get their scratch cards."

The VIPs to-date include January's winner, David Godwin of David Godwin Bathrooms in London who won an Omega Seamaster Watch, courtesy of Grohe.

In February, Richard Harris from Farr and Harris in Shrewsbury won two VIP tickets to a Premier League football match sponsored by Vitra.

In March, Rob Orchard, from Marcliff Services in Bristol won two tickets to the Monza Formula 1 Grand Prix, including flights and accommodation, courtesy of Ideal Standard.

For every order placed with Ideal Bathrooms for the VIP prize sponsor, customers are entered into the VIP prize drawer.

Among the prizes still to be won are a Bang & Olufsen sound system, tickets to the British Open, a Lamborghini Gallardo for the weekend, a 50-inch Samsung 3D TV and entertainment system, a case of Dom Pérignon champagne, a weekend in Monte Carlo, a 13-inch MacBook Pro and a weekend in New York.

The 'Help The Hospices' charity is also a winner during this promotion. Each time an order is received for the monthly featured brand, 25p is raised for the organisation with the aim to reach £50 000 by the end of this year.
