LEICESTER: Merchants can now offer a better stairs service to their customers, with Jeld-Wen’s 'one call solves it all' launch.
The UK's largest timber stairs manufacturer has invested in a dedicated technical team of regional stair technicians who will provide a free site survey to any of its merchants' customers, which takes all the hassle and complexity out of ordering a new staircase.
Jeld-Wen can provide an instant estimate, which ensures that the staircase will meet all Building Regulations and ongoing performance requirements.
The stair supplier takes full responsibility for the measurement and specification of the stairs to suit the merchant's customer requirements.
