HUNGERFORD: Kerridge Commercial Systems has purchased TIS Software, a provider of ERP solutions designed for the wholesale and retail distribution of logistics and service sectors and to provide information integration solutions for both the commercial and public sectors.
Kerridge Commercial Systems is based in Berkshire. The company supports an extensive customer-base across the UK, Ireland, Holland, Africa and beyond. It specialises in business management solutions to the distribution industry Its core solution, called K8, includes; advanced sales order processing, purchasing, rebates, e-commerce, finance, transport management, customer relationship management and warehouse management systems.
TIS Software, which trades as Strategix OneOffice and Global Business Systems, is based in Buckinghamshire. It supports an extensive customer base in the UK and also has customers in Australia and New Zealand who are managed through a local distribution partnership.
