DAVENTRY: The National Insulation Association will host two Green Deal briefing events with the British Standards Institution for NIA members. These will take place in Manchester on 21 June and in Cirencester on 2 June.
The aim of each event will be for BSI to give a briefing on the requirements for the insulation industry of the Green Deal standards set within PAS 2030/31.
These events will also encompass an overview of the opportunities available within the Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation (ECO), together with information on accreditation and training. This, said NIA, which will give its members a full understanding of these new Government schemes.
