WORCESTER: Buderus, Bosch Group, the manufacturer of heating and hot water appliances for commercial and industrial applications, has recruited four people to its team of technical commercial managers.

Following the appointment of Geoff Hobbs as business development director earlier this year, Simon Tarr joins as UK industrial ioilers sales manager. Mr Tarr spent six years working in the thermal engineering sector, specifically tasked with the development of industrial steam and hot water boilers and CHP sectors. With experience in business development, his focus will be on structured growth of boiler sales for industrial applications.

Andy Clifford joins as commercial technical sales manager, covering the South West and South Wales regions. He has over 30 years of industry experience, and joins the business from Rinnai UK. His role will be to provide specialist knowledge of the water heaters market, following Buderus' addition of the CWi47 instantaneous water heater to its product portfolio.

Neil Stead joins the company as its commercial and industrial merchant sales manager. His nine years of industry experience as a commercial and industrial heating engineer is expected to be a benefit in his new role which requires close liaison with the manufacturer's key merchant partners.

Mike Cubrilo joins Buderus as commercial technical manager, specialising in industrial products in the manufacturer's northern region. He has 23 years of experience in the industrial and commercial boiler industry and also of managing high profile projects, including those at Buckingham Palace and Clarence House.

"We are constantly looking to evolve as a business and feel privileged to have been able to recruit such a high calibre of people to our growing sales team," said Geoff Hobbs, the company's business development director.
