Horncastle Hirebase has been open just one month and has been greeted with open arms by all customers. In November, every piece of equipment was hired with additional equipment being sourced from surrounding branches to meet demands.

Starting his work in the builder’s merchant industry over 23 years ago, Wayne Goodwin, Horncastle Hirebase manager, has gained a wealth of valuable experience and knowledge of which he shares with customers and his staff. Wayne joined Hirebase in August this year and describes Jackson Building Centres as ‘a positive and proactive company with clean, well-run depots and a willingness to succeed, that’s what makes Hirebase such a great choice for both customers and employees!’

Hirebase invests heavily in plant, tools and equipment and only stocks branded products. All equipment lent out by the Hirebase undergoes a full servicing after each hire ensuring that as a minimum the Hire Association of European Standards are met. In addition to this, Hirebase adopts a standard pricing policy and operate local flexibility to ensure it maintains its renowned competitive position.

Customer requests will be dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously, the service extends to include a delivery service ensuring that equipment arrives on site, on time. Alongside this, Hirebase offers professional and knowledgeable staff, who regularly attend training courses designed to ensure that they possess all the comprehensive knowledge of the equipment that is available to hire and its applications, ensuring quality advice is provided for all customers.

All in all, the addition of this new Hirebase implant has enabled Jackson Building Centres to improve its services as a builder’s merchant to its customers within the Horncastle area.
