SIG Roofing & Roofline has completed the acquisition of SR Timber, a distributor of sawn roofing timber and the 'Premium Gold' roofing batten range. Under the terms of the purchase, SR Timber will continue to trade as a separate entity with no change to its range of branded products.
The move complements and expands SIG's objective to bring specialist roofing products to the market. It will also strengthen SIG's commitment to ensuring the continued supply of premium products, as well as being able to continue to deliver expert technical advice and service to all stakeholders in the market.
