UK manufacturer ADEY Professional Heating Solutions is stepping up operations across its commercial heating system filter range with the appointment of an established industry figure to spearhead this growing part of the business.

Former BSS Group operations director Peter Sullivan takes on the role of business development director to drive sales of the company’s MagnaClean Industrial product range into commercial markets.

ADEY, which picked up a Queen’s Award for Innovation for its pioneering MagnaClean technology in 2012, believes the appointment will further strengthen this key growth area.

Mr Sullivan said: “This is an exceptional company with an exceptional range of products and I’m delighted to be joining at such an exciting time. My focus has always been on sales and service delivery. I’m now looking to establish ADEY’s MagnaClean Industrial range and all the energy, maintenance and environmental benefits this brings in commercial markets where I believe there are great opportunities for such high quality products.”

ADEY managing director Kelvin Stevens said: “Peter’s well known and hugely respected in this sector and will give ADEY’s commercial filter business a massive boost. We’re delighted to welcome him to the team and look forward to the contribution he’s going to make in the future.”

During his time at BSS, Mr Sullivan was responsible for the successful delivery of the Terminal Five bid, involvement in the Government’s building of its GCHQ facility, as well as the company’s involvement in the London 2012 Olympic project.
