Ashford Heating Supplies is the latest plumbing and heating specialist to join the National Buying Group (NBG).
Over the past 25 years, cousins Cliff Payne and Tanya Payne, owners and founders of Ashford Heating Supplies, have grown their £3m business through marketing and a clear focus on providing outstanding customer service. A strong retail offering had been created from a showroom featuring over 20 suite displays.
The company is currently undergoing a major refurbishment and expansion. The showroom is being extended to 4,500 sq ft and will feature 55 display bays, a separate tile studio and will be fully air conditioned, with a children’s area and new customer toilets.
By demolishing a derelict building facing the London A30, a large customer car park is also being created.
The grand opening is scheduled for late summer 2013 and a regional radio advertising campaign is planned.
