BSS Industrial has appointed Stephen Hopson, who joined the company in February, as its new finance director.
Mr Hopson previously worked at Mitchells & Butler, where his most recent role was head of investor relations. He also held various other senior roles within commercial and operational finance as part of a varied 12-year career at the company.
He now replaces BSS Industrial’s previous finance director Stephen Harris, who has been promoted to the role of divisional finance director for the Travis Perkins Contract Merchanting Division.
“Given the rapid expansion we are currently witnessing in the UK’s commercial and industrial landscape, it is an exciting time to be joining the business,” said Mr Hopson. “I am looking forward to helping to grow the business further in the future.”
