Blue Rock Systems, a software reseller with hardware and support divisions based in Nottingham and Southampton, has acquired Soltec Computer Systems and RNS Computer Services in Brigg, Lincolnshire.
The acquisition, which took place on 6 May, allows Blue Rock Systems to further its company expansion into the North, as well as increase resource levels and technical abilities. As a result, Blue Rock is now able to offer UK-based Cloud hosting options, which will be available to existing Blue Rock customers as well as future clients.
This new dimension to the software and infrastructure portfolio gives Blue Rock customers a range of benefits, including – but not limited to – the option to host software in an environment designed for purpose, with a dedicated team of specialists on hand to deal with all technical issues and keep customer data safe and secure.
