SRS are working in partnership with an industry leading manufacturer of high-performance Building Envelope products and systems.

The successful candidate will be tasked with driving sales through proactively identifying and developing specification off New Build Commercial and Residential Roofing Projects targeting key End Users, Architects, Main Contractors, Housebuilders, Specialist Roofing Sub Contractors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Identify and develop new project specifications, primarily of New Build Commercial and Residential developments
  • Engage with specifiers aiming to break existing specification and secure quote and tender opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key existing clients

You will be responsible for managing the entire specification sales process from initial quotation and site visit through to completion, managing all key stakeholders and ensuring specification is achieved and upheld


Our client requires an experienced technical sales professional with expertise within the New Build Sector.

The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a technically driven specification sales role within the Building Envelope sector.

  • Specification Sales experience with Architects, Main Contractors, and Specifiers
  • Product knowledge within the Building Envelope sector This includes Flat Roofing, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roof Access, Roof Ventilation, Roof lights, Cladding, Rainscreen, Facades or equivalent.


Area: South London & Home Counties
