John A Stephens has a well-equipped and busy wood shop offering a timber cutting and machining service. As well as a vertical panel saw it contains a cross-cut saw, a wide band saw, a spindle moulder and a planer/thicknesser.

Timber manager Dean Monks said: "As all of the machines are used on a daily basis, we like to have them serviced regularly every three months. Regular servicing gives us the advantage of nipping any major, costly problems in the bud. We aim to give our customers a good service and expect the same level of commitment from our suppliers, which is something we have always received from TM."
