The Opportunity

As part of a small, dedicated field sales team, you will be responsible for maximising opportunities through developing and maintaining long term, profitable relationships with Architects, Engineers and Contractors.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing a sales strategy that will be focused on increasing awareness, market share and revenue of our Client’s Concrete product range.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for achieving the sales and growth targets of Specialist Concrete Products
  • Work in conjunction with others to promote our Client’s offering
  • Promote products with architects, engineers and contractors
  • Project tracking including use of Glenigan sales leads generation software
  • Ensure all enquiries are monitored and chased to a conclusion
  • Undertake proactive sales calls
  • Resolve technical issues and complaints which may involve site visits.
  • Recommend changes to develop / improve products and product offering

Person Specification

  • Knowledge of concrete Attenuation systems and sales process involved
  • Sound knowledge of construction principles including ability to read technical drawings
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and complete within the required timescales
  • Be able to work flexibly on own or as part of a team
  • Self-Motivation – a natural ‘hunter’ of sales opportunities and able to close deals.

Location/Area: UK NORTH (TERRITORY BASED ON SUCESSFUL; CANDIDATE’S LOCATION)
