The Role

The primary aim of your role is to assist the company to further capitalise the many opportunities to solution sell into the Residential Market. Responsible for achieving specification and sales within this market, whilst supporting the wider product portfolio.

Key responsibilities include: -

  • Delivering specification for, and sales of, Sewer products using robust account management & project mapping processes.
  • Brokering commercial agreements to push brand nomination and technical specifications, (leading with sewer) directly with nominated developers & their associated design consultants and sub-contractors.
  • In collaboration with the Civils Technical Sales Managers, utilise these agreements to influence the developer’s sub-contractors to adhere to specification. Where our Client is not brand nominated, gain market share through project management and specification breaking.
  • Owning the approval process for our Client’s range of products with Water Authorities & Councils where appropriate.
  • Work with the existing BDM team and the specification teams on development with other more regional developers, utilising this resource to capture more of the market opportunity.
  • Any other duties that can be reasonably expected

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – essential
  • Dedication to providing great customer service – essential
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasting and reporting – essential
  • Full and current UK driving licence – essential
  • Adaptable and self-motivated – essential
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines – essential

Location/Area: East Anglia

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience + Bonus scheme
