SLOUGH: DeWalt has launched a high-impact, targeted campaign with the UK’s biggest national commercial sports radio station, talkSPORT, to announce the launch of its 4.0Ah XR Lithium-Ion battery. 

Live on-air from this week, the brands’ intention is to build awareness and assert its credentials as the preferred choice for trade professionals, with the new 4.0Ah battery delivering 33% more run-time across its Lithium-Ion cordless power tools range.

The latest four week campaign will feature sponsorship tags, radio adverts as well as a week-long competition which will air on the Hawksbee and Jacobs Show.

The competition will offer high-value prizes giving listeners the first opportunity to win a premium DEWALT® XR Li-Ion 18v 4.0Ah XRP 3 Speed Combi Drill and VIP tickets for the MotoGP at Valencia in November. The activity will also run on the station’s website, which will offer a main prize of a DeWalt XR Li-Ion 18v 4.0Ah 6 piece Combo kit (which includes an XRP Combi Drill, Impact Driver, Circular Saw as well as a Grinder, Jigsaw and Flash Light).
