SUNDERLAND: Eurocell Building Plastics’ Washington branch has relocated to Leechmere Industrial Estate, Sunderland. The branch moved to the new premises because it offers much better accessibility for customers as well as being close to other essential trade outlets.

Relocating has given the branch an opportunity to redesign the trade counter area, which is now much more shoppable for customers as well as having many more products on display.

It features a larger walk-in area displaying a wider range of products including tools, sealants and fixings as well as showroom samples such as the IQ750 modular conservatory roof, Marshall-Tufflex guttering and underfloor heating.

Derek Gachagan, Eurocell Building Plastics divisional manager – Scotland, explains: “Leechmere Industrial Estate in Sunderland is a much more convenient location for customers and we have already had comments about how it cuts down their journey times to and from site.”

In addition to the improved trade counter area, Sunderland stocks a huge range of roofline, window finishing trims, conservatory roofs, garage and entrance doors along with tools, fascias, soffits and accessories in the adjoining warehouse. This ensures it can provide a one-stop-shop for all essential building plastic requirements – customers can view the product in the walk-in area and then be confident that it is stocked in the warehouse.
