Having marked its centenary in December (2023), Häfele will celebrate 100 years of furniture fitting manufacturing at this year’s KBB show (3-6 March 2024, NEC Birmingham) and look ahead to what its next period of innovation will bring.

Throughout its history, Häfele has maintained its founders’ focus on making innovative products based on market need. Today, this mission is as true as ever as the company launches a series of new product introductions and reinvigorates its services to help customers maximise the value of space for their clients and increase efficiencies and profitability, together.

On stand S70, Häfele will showcase many of its legacy products that have revolutionised the furniture fixings industry. This includes the iconic Häfele Minifix connector system, of which 3.2 million units are still produced every day.

Alongside historic favourites, there’s a chance to get hands-on with Häfele's Flex Lighting System which offers a simple and efficient solution for installing kitchen and furniture lighting designs. Visitors can also view additional Matrix drawer colourways and materials, plus a new Metalla 310 graphite finish.

Häfele will also be demonstrating the latest innovations from its partners, including the world's first eight-millimetre one-piece steel drawer side from GRASS, the Vionaro V8; and the next generation of sliding / pivot door gear, the Hawa Concepta III. After wowing attendees at Interzum and Sicam, the Hawa Concepta III will be arriving on UK shores with redeveloped technology that makes fitting quicker and easier than ever.

Visitors can explore new introductions such as the Smeg Omnichef (Neptune Grey) range, Abode tapware, and experience Zuma, an immersive loudspeaker and a premium LED light, intelligently paired inside a single spotlight.

Häfele will be sharing more about Service+, its re-vamped range of services designed to add value from concept through to installation and beyond. These include Service+ Knowledge, which connects customers with specialist Häfele product and industry knowledge; Service+ Planning, a range of free planning and specification support; and Service+ Assist, providing ongoing technical support before and after purchase. Game-changing for an industry challenged by skills shortages, Service+ Customised, offers a wide range of custom-manufactured solutions including Häfele’s bespoke worktop and timber drawer services. As part of KBB 2024, new additions to these services will be announced.

On stand, Häfele will also be offering a series of on-demand 10-minute talks on a range of topics from its team of experts, covering topics from services to lighting and multifunctional living solutions.

“Making customers’ lives and jobs easier has always been the driving force of what we do at Häfele and in our 100th year, this is only amplified,” said Richard Curtis, Managing Director of Häfele UK. “At KBB, we’ll be launching products and extended services to help them better meet client needs and improve their operations and productivity. We want our customers to feel supported by Häfele so offer them innovative products and time-saving services that help their business in 2024 and beyond.”
