We know Keylite well, having recently supported them in recruiting their Sales Director, James Malkin. This new role builds on that momentum and represents another important step in the growth of an ambitious and innovative business.

The Opportunity
The National Account Director Housebuilders will take full ownership of Keylite’s national housebuilder strategy, shaping and delivering growth with these accounts. Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a pivotal appointment.
We are looking for a proven senior leader in national accounts with the major housebuilders. Someone who can combine strategic oversight with the ability to build and sustain senior-level partnerships. Strong commercial acumen, negotiating skills, and the leadership ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team are essential. We don’t need an expert in roof windows! Experience with technical building products is enough!
As a key leader, you will be responsible for leading strategic relationships with top national accounts and regional house builders. You will engage with design, technical, and commercial teams across the industry to promote their new, exciting product range. This role combines high-level commercial negotiation with leadership and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring their brand is the preferred choice in the market. You will also build and lead a team to deliver on their ambitious business goals.
