SUDBURY: James Park has been appointed manager of the Sudbury branch of independent East Anglian building supplies company Kent Blaxill.
Mr Park was previously paint counter supervisor at the Kent Blaxill Colchester headquarters.
Of his new role as branch manager, Mr Park said: “The Sudbury branch focuses predominantly on paint sales but also has a strong glass department and a growing landscaping department. We will be looking to develop heavyside sales from the branch, with the assistance of Andy McMahon who has recently taken on the building ledger for the area.
The five-person branch has been particularly strong in designer paints, which have been run by Dawn Harrington, who has recently been promoted to branch supervisor.
“Dawn and myself will be focusing in particular on providing good customer service,” said Mr Park.
