TIMco has achieved more than 1m sales through its new website, which was launched less than six months ago.
The website, www.TIMco.co.uk, was designed to further improve service by providing details on product applications, as well as simplified ordering process for customers. There are now more than 800 registered TIMco customers who use the website on a regular basis.
As well as hitting the 1m sales mark through the website, TIMco has released new features including a store locator, an image gallery to download picture of products and an up-to-date price list.
Simon Midwood, managing director of TIMco, said: “We designed the new website to make it easier for our customers to order products, while still reflecting the quality of our products and service we offer. The new website has been well received and we’re thrilled people are finding it user friendly. Hitting the 1m mark is a tremendous achievement and it demonstrates how important it is for companies to offer a useful and user-friendly website.”
TIMco is currently working on other features for the website and aims to enable multiple users for each account by the summer.
