Our client is a leading Timber Importer & Distributor of Timber, and Timber Products. Due to growth & expansion they are seeking an Office Administrator, to be part of the team that is responsible for all administration & sales support.

Reporting to: Depot Manager  

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service on behalf of the company by giving full support to the Depot Manager and your team.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective & efficient organisation of all filing and any document storage.
  • Support the team with inbound sales calls  and fielding to the correct department
  •  Produce delivery notes
  • Dealing with purchase orders and invoices.
  •  Customer credits and returns
  • Any other general admin duties you may be required to do

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent administration & organisational skills
  • IT literate , and experience of Excel
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self motivated and focused with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner  
  •  Excellent customer service skills    


Location/Area: WEST LONDON
