STOKE-ON-TRENT: Recticel Insulation has secured an agreement to supply its insulation products to Jewson branches and its affiliates nationwide. The agreement includes the Recticel insulation boards for roofs and walls and floors – marketed under the 'Euro' banner.
Products will be distributed to 500 Jewson branches from Recticel's new £14m manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent. The plant, which opened in 2008, serves as the company's base in the UK from which it manufactures stores and distributes its high quality insulation boards.
Speaking about the agreement, Chris Hall, sales and marketing director at Recticel Insulation said; "We are delighted to have signed this agreement with Jewson. This deal strengthens our position in the market. Our new central location in Stoke-on-Trent is perfect for servicing the Jewson branches, and joining forces with Jewson enables us to reach more end users to allow them to benefit from the superior quality of the Recticel product."
Duncan Barker, senior procurement manager for Interior Solutions at Jewson said: "We saw this as a great opportunity to support a European partner. Jewson are delighted to do business with a company 100% focused on the insulation market, and that has recently committed great investment to both people and manufacturing in the UK."
