Our client is a leading Designer & Producer of Structural Timber Components and due to expansion, they are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their sales team.

Ideally you will be an Experienced Sales Professional and have strong knowledge on the Structural Timber Engineering Sector. This is excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop their sales career and to join an ambitious expanding business

Reporting to: Sales Director 

As Regional Sales Manager you will be working along with the sales team you will be promoting the companies Joinery Products to exciting sectors including Regional & National House Builders, Developers, & Construction Companies.

Key Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager

  • To develop both new & existing clients
  • Negotiate purchasing prices with suppliers.
  • Quoting and costing customer requirements  
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identify key players.
  • Maintain & expand your database.
  • Seeking out active sites and making the necessary contacts and winning enquiries & ultimately the business

Knowledge, Skills, Experience required.

  • Proven experience in Timber Engineering / Structural Timber  
  • The ability to deal with people of all levels up to Director level.  
  • General Construction knowledge essential & knowledge of the Construction sector
  • Self motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
  •  Results Driven whilst participating in a team environment.  
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer focused with sound commercial skills.
  • Good IT skills & PC literate and experience with Microsoft Outlook
